By creating a TapCod account, you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate account, payment, and profile information. You are responsible for the content published on your public profile and for any communication initiated through your TapCod links, QR codes, or NFC cards.

Subscription and hardware billing are subject to the payment gateway and fulfillment status shown in your workspace. TapCod may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.

TapCod may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest published version.
